Bom, o inverno definitivamente chegou, e com ele algumas delícias. Como eu estou só o pó da rabiola e totalmente sem inpiração pra postar algo inteligente, vou colocar aqui algumas receitinhas de fondue… enjoy!

Fondue de Chocolate:


  • 400g de chocolate ao leite em barra
  • 100g de chocolate meio-amargo
  • 1 lata de creme de leite light
  • 1 cálice de licor de Amarula/Conhaque
  • frutas picadas ( banana, morango, kiwi )
  • marshmallow

  • Preparo:
  • Derreta no microondas o chocolate, colocando num recepiente de vidro, próprio para microondas
  • Deixe em potência alta por 1 minuto, retire e veja se dá para mexer o chocolate até ficar bem derretido
  • Caso não dê, leve ao microondas por mais 30 segundos, vá repetindo o procedimento até que o chocolete derreta
  • Leve ao fogo médio ( do fogão) o chocolate e misture o licor/conhaque e o creme de leite
  • Mexa até ficar com uma consistência cremosa
  • O importante é mexer sempre para não empelotar
  • Quando estiver pronto é só levar para o richaud e servir-se, espetando as frutas, marshmallow e molhando na mistura

Fondue universitário de Queijo (super barato):

  • 1 sopa creme de queijo
  • 1/2 litro de leite
  • 2 colher (sopa) de farinha de trigo
  • 200 g de mussarela ralada no ralo grosso
  • 1 colher (sopa) de margarina

Preparo:

  • Dissolva a farinha no leite, leve ao fogo.
  • Acrescente a margarina e a sopa, deixe cozinhar um pouco.
  • Junte a mussarela, coloque na panela de fondue.

Fondue Carolina

  • 600g de chocolate cobertura branco
  • 1 caixa de creme de leite
  • 100g de nozes trituradas
  • 100g de passas de uvas sem semente (50g uvas passa brancas e 50g pretas)
  • 50ml de rum (rótulo dourado)

    Preparo:
    Ralar o chocolate no ralo grosso. Agregar o creme de leite. Sobre o réchaud (tendo o cuidado de manter a chama sempre baixa), ou no microondas, no caso da panela de vidro refratário (na potência média, por 2 min.) fundir a mistura. Acrescentar as nozes, as passas e o rum. Antes que a mesma comece a borbulhar, abafar a chama do queimador para voltar a acender assim que a mesma estiver esfriando. Acompanhar com morangos, bolo amanhecido e demais frutas de sua preferência.

Fondue de Sorvete:


  • 1 lata de creme de leite com soro
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de conhaque
  • 400 g de chocolate ao leite para cobertura picado
  • 200 g de chocolate meio amargo para cobertura picado
  • 1 pote de sorvete napolitano

Preparo:

  • Em uma panela coloque o creme de leite e o conhaque. Leve ao fogo médio até aquecer, misturando sempre.
  • Retire do fogo, junte os chocolates e misture até ficar homogêneo. Coloque em uma panela para fondue.
  • Utilize um boleador pequeno usando para fazer bolas de melão para bolear o sorvete.
  • Coloque as bolas de sorvete em uma travessa e sirva com o fondue.
  • Variação: Sirva com farofa de amendoim
  • Dica: Para que as bolinhas de sorvete fiquem duras, boleie em um prato e leve ao freezer até o momento de servir o fondue.
